Travel Rates
There is an additional fee to cover travel to venues that are at a considerable distance from Young Audiences headquarters in Atlanta. These rates will be determined in the final processing you will receive from the YA Program Coordinator . In general, the travel rates apply to venues outside of the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area (Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Clayton, Dekalb).

Coloring pages for younger grades.
The page will depict a character from the performance presented. The first 20 copies are provided at no cost. You may print more as needed. It's a great item for students to take home. The Study Guide web address is printed on the page, too, so parents will know what their child saw at school.

Flyer / Posters
A flyer / poster can be sent to you as attachment to e-mail. You can download and print it in the size that best suits your needs or forward the attachment to indiviual teacher e-mails. Good for class bulletin boards, teacher lounge, etc. as a reminder. Study Guide web address included for quick reference.

These numbers are based on manageable school audiences when presenting in cafeterias, gyms, or flat on the floor in activity rooms and other areas. All performance programs will benefit if they are presented on a raised platform area.
Audiences Exceeding Recommended Maximum

Programs can still be presented if the venue anticipates an audience
exceeding recommended maximum size!


Provisions for adequate sightlines and seating arrangements will be a priority. Presentation on a raised platform area is strongly encouraged. Check Technical Information for performance area that will be required when presented on raised platforms.
Fee for Audiences Exceeding Recommended Maximum

The Rates for Performance Programs are directly related to the Maximum Recommended Audience Size. There is a small, nominal fee for audiences over recommended maximum.
