Comments From Educators & Cultural Arts Chairs |

From elementary to high school, Atlanta
Puppet scores big with educators and cultural arts chairs for effective, professional
presentation. Here are some of the comments we have received: |

Peter Hart is phenomenal. The children loved him. The teachers loved
him. He did a fantastic job and is a tremendous talent for Young Audiences . In addition,
his puppets and props demonstrated valuable lessons about reading and math - a big plus.
He is a definite must for every school lucky enough to have him!
Enclosed are teacher evaluations to further convey how much we enjoyed Mr. Hart.
Thank you so much for making someone of his caliber available to our children |

I found Mr. Hart very professional and dependable. Moreover, the show
was a big hit! Even the Principal came up after the show to say that, even though she
didn't consider herself a puppet show enthusiast, she was really impressed with this show
and especially the way Mr. Hart incorporated his audience. She also noted the children
remained so involved even at the end of the day when they are usually ready to go home. I
strongly encourage other schools to consider this show for their school. |

The program was very well organized and presented in a professional,
interesting, and dynamic way. I hope the children will have the opportunity to see the
puppet production next year. |

The excitement your presence generated here at Central is amazing! I
have more students building puppets and interested in puppetry, hungry for experience than
ever before. Even the one-act play has a puppet in it! Thanks for being here and inspiring
us all - me included. I couldn't have imagined a better response for the school for a
visiting artist. Thanks for all you did! |

His performance was excellent. He mesmerized and was in total control
of his audience. The puppets were sensational. Mr. Hart did an excellent job explaining
the skills he used (research, math, reading, etc.) in order to create his puppets and
show. One of the best performances our students have ever experienced. |

Mr. Hart held the attention of our middle schoolers without any
trouble. There was good audience involvement. We also agreed that the background material,
historical, arts infusion, and cross discipline was exactly what we have been trying to do
with our curriculum. They loved it! We had good questions. I have had no negative
comments. It was a treat for us all. |

Elementary School Coordinator
Georgian Country Day School
Carrollton, Ga. |
Our entire elementary school was present with ages ranging from 3 to
12 years old. Mr. Hart arrived in plenty of time to meet me and set up his stage for a
punctual start. He was professional and courteous to the adults and students and the show
was captivating for all ages present, both with the movements and the music used. His
enthusiasm and humor were both energetic and contagious. We had a great deal of positive
feedback after the performance from both the students and the staff. I would recommend
Peter Hart most highly and we all look forward to his return to our school in the not too
distant future. |

(Teachers) expressed that the performance held the students' attention
the entire time - no down time. Something happening every minute. Really enjoyed the
program. Related the importance of sharing, going to the library and reading. Great show!
I had planned to stay just 10 - 15 minutes because I was very busy. However, I could not
leave the performance - very entertaining! |

The puppeteer's enthusiasm was great, music and communication was
great. Well organized, geared for grade level, total involvement from audience, art of
puppetry explained, origin of puppets explained. Involved other cultures, library skills
introduced, importance of reading as part of curriculum. Students behaved most
appropriately. Students were very attentive. |
Rosemarie Carmichael
Teacher
Long Cane Elementary

The students were able to understand all that was said. Language was
very good. The performance was not too long. They loved it. There was great interest in
the puppets and how they are made. They thought it was so nice that they could share ideas
and help each other. The performance touched on math, geography, social studies, and
coordination. The students were able to understand that success comes from hard work and
that hard work is rewarding. |

Not only was it entertaining and age appropriate, but it was also
educational. The children commented on how much they enjoyed specific characters. The
interaction was excellent. It was to the point that the audience was never bored or
isolated. |
